Man About Town returns to DE a winner

Tony Poliseno's Man About Town (Ross Wolfenden, $4.20) returned to his home state a winner with a 1:58.2 triumph at Harrington Raceway in the $17,500 Junior Open Wednesday.

The 7-year-old Self Possessed gelding and Sedona Canyon established live outer flow and cleared a tiring pacesetter to finish 1-2. King Gus rallied late for third. Man About Town is also trained by his owner, and picked up his 13th career win as his lifetime earnings soared to nearly $700,000. Man About Town had not raced in Delaware since December at Dover and was making his first career start at Harrington.
Ross Wolfenden won four races on the program, meanwhile drivers Allan Davis and Tony Morgan each won three.
