09/26/2022 6:11 PM -

Four $20,000 divisions of the Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund for 2-year-old colts and geldings kicked off the new week of racing Monday at Harrington Raceway.

Night Terror ($7, Roger Plante Jr.) started the DSBF divisions with a 1:57.4 win, his 3rd of the season. The Badlands Hanover colt was wire-to-wire winner from post three over Sweetest Swing and Double Bags. Owned by Leblanc Racing, William Lutz Jr., Count De Money Stable and Ronald Jones, the Steve Leblanc trainee was making his 7th start of the season.

The second split saw a similar outcome from the same post position as Evm Racing's Cards A Flyin was sent immediately for the lead and never relented in a 1;59.1 triumph over Marshall Dillon and I'mroddythebagman. The Classic Card Shark colt was making his first career start for trainer Andrew Stafford.

The fastest division was the third, where Gaitway Guy ($10.20, Corey Callahan)  made a powerful 3 wide move and surged to a 1:55.3 win over Delightinhisglory and Ajayi. The Delmarvalous colt notched his 2nd straight win in just 2 lifetime starts for the Gty Stable and trainer Jeff Smith. It was one of 3 wins on the card for Callahan, who joined Allan Davis with a driving triple.

Let It Ride Stables' Bad Boy Too ($6.20, Victor Kirby) was a front end winner in the final division in 1:56.3 for trainer Mike Hall. The Badlands Hanover gelding notched his 2nd career win and was a comfortable winner over He's A Savage and Buzzle.

In the overnight feature, Andrew Glassmeyer and Tlb Racing's Major Betts ($13.80, Pat Berry) was a 1:51.4 winner in the $17,500 winners-over pace.
